Overview and Purpose

ARCEP Engineering Limited (RC 1258332) was conceived in 2014 but was formally incorporated in 2015 by a group of highly experienced senior engineers who have spent many years contributing immensely to the development and growth of the power sector in Nigeria, encompassing the fields of electrical engineering, telecommunications, mechanical engineering, civil/structural engineering and project management.

The main objective of ARCEP Engineering Limited is to provide a veritable platform for very experienced professionals, committed to engineering excellence, to bring their rich expertise to bear in the much-desired speedy national infrastructural development in Nigeria, particularly the power sector, by producing sound and best-practice technical inputs and proffering appropriate and sustainable solutions in the implementation of engineering projects.

Company Management

The company is managed by a Board of Directors made up of highly experienced professional engineers with profound understanding of the dynamics of particularly the power sector and allied fields, both in Nigeria and at international level.

The Board is comprised of the Chairman, a Managing Director and three other Directors. The Managing Director reports directly to the Board and is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the company with the support of Divisional Heads (General Managers) who take charge of the various divisions and specialty groups of the company.
